All the prices mentioned on our website are excluding VAT and given EXW our factory or wharehouse which is the most closest to you.
- We aware that transport costs may play an important role in your decision, so our managers will advise you the most suitable logistics solution.

Prices you see on our website are, so called, BASIC PRICES and depending on your order, automatic discount will be applied as follows :
- Order above 1 000€ - 5%
- Order above 1 500€ - 10%
- Order above 3 000€ - 15%
- Order above 5 000€ - 20%
- Order above 6 000€ - 25%
- Order above 7 000€ - 30%
Special discounts provided to Wholesalers and our Distributors on demand, so if you are a Wholesaler or have intention to become our regional Distributor, please provide us more details about your company according to our policy described in the section Order Procedures.
- Wholesalers and Distributors should order by full master box only
Minimum order amount is 200 euros.

If you are a company which is not registered in France you may purchase our products excluding VAT, to know more about this procedure please find detailed description in the article Order Procedures and we will be happy to assist you.
We have a guaranteed refund period of 30 days from the date specified in the Credit Note. Upon your request, the amount will be refunded. Alternatively, any overpayment will be automatically applied to your next order.
