All the prices mentioned on our website are EXW Pisek, Tcheque Republic, which means that the costs of delivery from our warehouse to you are not included in the price of the goods listed on the website.

We are an international company and regularly face the issues of organizing logistics chains in order to minimize transportation costs.

Therefore, we can also help you organize the transportation of goods from our warehouse to your warehouse door to door.

So, if you don't have your own carrier, no problem, we'll take care of it!

Our manager will help you with the organization of the delivery and will inform you about it by including transportation costs , which depend on the weight, volume of your order, and the distance to the destination, into the Proforma Invoice for your confirmation.

The minimum cost of order delivery starts from 50 euros and is calculated in detail only after you confirm your order in accordance with the order purchase procedures.

If it seems to you that the price offered by us is too high and you have the opportunity to do it cheaper please let us know and we will prepare your order in stock providing you the necessary information regarding its pick up.

The standard procedure for delivery by our means as follows :

  1. After you approve your order with the manager and we will know its exact weight and volume, we will add the shipping cost to the proforma invoice of the order.
  2. If everything suits you, then proceed with the payment and we will take care of everything else.
  3. Once the payment is made, it usually takes a couple of days for us to see them on our account, so to speed up the dispatch of your order, you can let us know by sending us a payment confirmation as soon as the payment is made.
  4. We contact the carrier and transfer your goods to him. In most cases, we will inform you of the tracking number by which you can track the status of your delivery.
  5. Upon arrival of the goods at your warehouse, before signing the documents provided to you by the transport company about the receipt of the goods, please check the outer packaging: it must be clean and undamaged.
  6. If the packaging is damaged from the outside or dirty, or there is something else that you consider important that may cause damage to the goods, it is very important to indicate this remark in the document that you will sign to the carrier.
    The delivery of your cargo is insured by transport companies that are responsible for safe transportation.
    Therefore, in case of damage or loss of the goods, the carrier is responsible for covering all costs incurred during delivery, including compensation for the cost of the goods themselves.
